Light physical activity can generally be resumed early, but be cautious and follow your surgeon's advice. Sunglasses provided by the clinic are essential for outdoor protection. Lastly, the improved vision after surgery is life-changing, but the psychological clarity that comes with it is something I didn’t anticipate. My experience was about seeing the world—and myself—more clearly, both literally and figuratively.
