Day 3 sourdough starter

Day 3 is always hard! You have to discard 1 cup of your mixture. This will help it get stronger. Today you will start smelling the sour smell. But it's normal and the smell won't last forever. After you discard 1 cup feed it 1/2 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of warm water. Mix well again and cover with a paper towel and rubber band again. Let it sit for 24 hours and do it all again for a few days. #sourdoughjourney #sourdoughlife #homemade dough #sourdoughforbeginners #kitchen #bread #recipes #stepbystep
