Breakfast Meal Prep 🫶

Ingredients:

Kodiak Buttermilk Waffle Mix (3 cups)

Milk (2.5 cups)

Eggs (3)

Vanilla Extract (1 tbsp)

Cinnamon (1 tsp)

Chocolate Chips

Syrup

Directions:

(1) Separate egg whites from yolks. Set yolks aside and whip whites until stiff peaks.

(2) Mix milk, egg yolks, vanilla, and cinnamon together.

(3) Add milk mixture to Kodiak mix and breaks up clumps.

(4) Fold whipped egg whites into batter just until clumps disappear.

(5) Put desired amount into waffle maker(add chocolate chips if wanted) and enjoy!

We made it less easy by whipping egg whites, but it was so worth it! If you wanted to make it easier just throw in the eggs.
