FIRST DAY BACK POSTPARTUM GYM SESSION

5 months postpartum and I’m finally getting back into the gym🥲 I felt so weak and out of shape but I’m giving myself grace because I just had a baby! It may not look like it but it definitely feels like it. Full transparency: I’m grateful for my body and to some I’d be considered lucky, but I do not feel good internally at all, I’ve been feeling the aftermath of having a child and bearing that weight so I’m stepping back in the gym! Starting off very light so I can ease my way back into things, form is key 🔑
