It’s not about willpower alone, but designing your lifestyle to support consistent progress. Addressing hormonal health is also vital. Research suggests that up to 90% of hormonal imbalances could improve with an anti-inflammatory diet combined with nervous system regulation, more quality sleep, and strength training.
