Why I went back to my natural nails

I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years now.

Around 5 years ago my nails became so damaged it was painful to get them done.

I did remove them for about a month and because it was just getting too expensive for me to go. I decided I’ll do my own nails

I taught myself how to do many different kinds of nails and even gained the patience to do nails art. My natural nail started to heal. But I noticed that they are still brittle and need a break

My nephew was just born and I thought now would be the perfect time to start the full healing. He’s so little i didn’t want to scratch him with my long tips so I took them off, filed, shaped, and painted my natural nails. I decided they will grow as he grows.

I’ll be posting the different colors and art I do as I let them grown and heal
