Here’s a smoother, more engaging version that keeps your friendly personality and storytelling:
This client came in with one question: “Can you save my hands?” 🤭
She was referred by one of my regular customers, and honestly, I was so excited to take on the challenge because there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a huge before-and-after transformation.
She has a habit of biting her nails and peeling the skin around her cuticles (ouch 🥹), so I recommended nail extensions to help prevent her from picking at them.
We started with a Classic Manicure, followed by our complimentary cuticle spa to gently remove all the dead skin around her nails. The transformation was already so satisfying!
Not gonna lie though… doing her nails wasn’t easy because she was SO stiff. 🤣 I kept telling her to relax, but she replied, “I don’t know how to relax!” 😂
Since it was her very first manicure, I chose a natural cat-eye design that would look elegant and easy to wear. She absolutely loved it! 🫶
By the end of the session, she was so happy with the results that she told me she’ll be coming back every month. 💕
Her nails will need a few more appointments to fully recover and grow out beautifully, and I can’t wait to share her nail transformation journey with you all!
If you’re someone who bites your nails or constantly picks at your cuticles, give me the chance to help transform your nails too. Let’s bring them back to life together. 😚💅
... Read moreHaving personally struggled with nail biting, I understand how challenging it is to break the habit and restore damaged nails. One effective approach I've found is using nail extensions as a protective barrier, which prevents unconscious biting while promoting nail growth. Complementing this, regular manicures and cuticle care play a key role in maintaining nail health and improving appearance.
In my experience, a classic manicure combined with a soothing cuticle spa not only removes dead skin but also creates an enjoyable self-care routine that boosts motivation to keep nails in good shape. I also recommend choosing a natural or subtle design like a cat-eye pattern for everyday wear, as it enhances the nails’ look without drawing too much attention to imperfections during the early healing phase.
It's important to remember that recovering from severely damaged nails takes patience and consistency. Scheduling monthly nail appointments can help you monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed. Over time, you'll notice stronger, healthier nails that are less tempting to bite.
If nail biting or cuticle picking feels hard to stop, consider combining behavioral strategies, such as keeping your hands busy or using bitter-tasting nail polishes, with professional nail care. Sharing your nail transformation journey with others can also provide encouragement and accountability.
This approach has helped me and many others regain confidence in our hands. Whether your nails are badly bitten or simply need extra care, don't hesitate to seek professional help for a customized plan that suits your lifestyle and nail health goals.
