all she knew was how it started and how it ended… in between that was not her problem.
Life often feels like a series of clearly marked start and end points, while the middle can be messy, uncertain, and sometimes overwhelming. This idea resonates deeply when reflecting on personal experiences or stories where the focus is on beginnings and endings, leaving the intricate journey in between somewhat neglected. From my own experience, the strength we build—much like developing core strength in fitness—helps us handle life’s unpredictable phases. Much like the humorous moments caught on camera such as "I show you a trick" or a child joyfully saying, "Mommy that was so funny," these small instances add richness to our story. They remind us to embrace laughter and resilience even when the path isn’t clear. Strengthening our emotional and mental core enables us to face challenges that arise in the 'in-between' phases. Whether it’s dealing with complex relationships, coping with setbacks, or simply navigating day-to-day ups and downs, this core resilience is key. Accepting that not every detail is fully within our control or concern allows us to focus on what truly matters—our growth, connections, and moments of joy. Ultimately, life is an unpredictable journey, and while we may only grasp the start and end fully, it is the middle that shapes our character. Embracing this perspective helps us find value in the uncertain and celebrate the small, often overlooked moments that make the story uniquely our own.
