Luna Ring review after almost month of actual use 💍✨
Today I would like a review for a real user. It may be a little long, but if anyone is aiming for the Smart Ring, I hope this post will make a decision. 😊 If anything is questionable, ask.
At first I bought it because I just wanted to know how good I sleep, but when I actually liked it more than I thought, it became an item to wear every day, so I wanted to share my favorite feature.
👀 Readiness Score
The feature we show every morning because it tells us how ready the body is today from sleep and recovery data.
We work on the E-commerce line, so we often sleep late. Some days think "Ok," but the score says that we have not fully recovered. 😂 When you see this, you start sleeping faster. Or if the score is bad, you will not force hard exercise.
😴 Sleep Tracking
This feature shows that not only eight hours of sleep is enough, but sleep quality is more important. The Deep Sleep, REM and Sleep Score app allows you to know which days are really sleeping or which days to relax.
🤖 AI Health Coach.
This is a much more unexpected feature because you can talk to AI. We ask why today's score is reduced or why sleep is not refreshing. AI analyzes our data and recommends what to adjust. It is very easy to read. Do not sit on the draft itself.
☕️ Caffeine Window
I really like the coffee line. ☕️ The app recommends the perfect time to drink caffeine so that it doesn't affect sleep at night. It's a small feature that we don't think we can use, but it's very useful.
💙 Summary
After using it for almost a month, it feels very worth it because the purchase once is over. No Subscription charge, but use the full feature. The app is constantly updated. My favorite is that it makes us understand our body more. No need to guess if today should wade through or rest.
The other thing is that the battery is very bad when used with a charging case. It can be used for up to 30 days. You can sleep, shower, or exercise. It is comfortable to wear until you sometimes forget that you are wearing it.
For us, Luna Ring is really an item used every day and feels worth the money. 💙
