👉🏽 One thing that doesn’t get talked about enough in entrepreneurship is how much mental energy it takes just to exist inside your business.

You’re constantly making decisions, switching between roles, holding vision, solving problems, and thinking three steps ahead, even on the days you’re not technically “working.” Over time, that mental load adds up, and if you’re not careful, it starts to affect how you show up creatively and strategically.

Lately, I’ve been paying closer attention to what actually supports me, not just what looks productive. The more intentional I am about my environment, my routines, and my energy, the better my work becomes. Not because I’m doing more, but because I’m doing it from a clearer place.

Building a business that lasts requires more than talent and discipline. It requires systems, boundaries, and self-awareness, especially when your mind is always in motion. 👏🏽

... Read moreAs a creative entrepreneur, I've realized that the mental load of constantly juggling ideas, client needs, and long-term vision can be exhausting. Even when not actively working, your brain is often still on, planning the next steps in your business. I've found that one of the best ways to sustain creativity and avoid burnout is by intentionally setting aside time to reset—especially on weekends. For me, weekends aren't about pushing harder but about letting go of work pressures completely. I dedicate these days to rest and maintenance, which is just as important as active work. It might be getting my brows done, tidying up my workspace, or simply creating a calm environment that supports mental clarity. These small self-care rituals can seem minor but play a major role in feeling put together and capable during busy workdays. Another tip I've embraced is using ergonomic tools like standing desks, which improve my physical comfort and energy levels. Building systems and clear boundaries around work hours versus downtime helps me protect my creative energy throughout the week. Rest does not equate to laziness; it’s a necessary part of maintaining momentum. The more I honor my limits and what truly supports me—not just what appears productive—the more effective I become. Creativity and strategic thinking flourish when nurtured with thoughtful self-care and environment adjustments. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the constant mental demands of entrepreneurship, try prioritizing intentional rest and small acts of self-maintenance. Your clarity, creativity, and long-term business success depend on it.

#1 thing that helped me lose weight without trying
Over the past 3 months, I lost 7lbs without even trying (140 —> 133lbs). The only thing I changed was HOW I ate (not what I ate). I honestly didn’t even have the intention to lose weight but inevitably did when I started doing this one habit. SO BACKSTORY: I’ve always had a complicated relati

Do This First Thing Instead of Scrolling

The most important thing to do before you invest ‼️
