Proof that cleaning brands don't have to look... predictable.

When most people think of a cleaning company, they picture logos filled with mops, buckets, bubbles, or spray bottles. 🧼 For this project, we intentionally took a different approach.

The goal wasn’t to create a logo that explained the service. It was to build a visual identity that made people feel something.

My client wanted the brand to feel feminine, simple, elevated, modern, and professional.

A logo is only one piece of the puzzle. When your typography, colour palette, supporting elements, imagery, and overall design system work together, your brand begins communicating your business without needing to literally illustrate it.

Sometimes the strongest branding is what you feel, not what you immediately see.

... Read moreWhen I first encountered Alyse & Co.'s branding, it immediately struck me how refreshing it was to see a cleaning service present itself with such elegance and intentionality. Most cleaning companies lean on common icons like mops or bubbles, but this project shows that the strongest visual identity comes from designing an emotional experience. From my experience working with brands, I found that building a cohesive system using typography, color palette, and supporting imagery creates a subtle yet powerful narrative. The deliberate choice of a feminine and modern aesthetic signals professionalism while appealing to a sophisticated clientele who values refinement. Moreover, the idea that a logo doesn't need to literally depict what the business does challenges traditional branding mindsets. Instead, it invites customers to connect on a feeling—one of trust, attention to detail, and quality. This approach, especially for boutique cleaning services, can set a brand apart in a crowded market. Consistency across all touchpoints—from website to business cards—reinforces this elevated feel. The visual identity designed by Truly Elevated Agency embraces minimalist sensibilities, enabling the brand’s values to shine through without predictable gimmicks. This strategy aligns with trends I've seen where lifestyle and service brands emphasize experience and emotional resonance. For cleaning businesses aiming to highlight meticulous care and an elevated touch, stepping outside the typical iconography can help change perceptions and attract discerning customers. Overall, Alyse & Co.’s branding is proof that cleaning brands don’t have to look predictable; they can be inspiring and express sophistication, transforming how customers perceive cleaning services altogether.
