Dancer girls 🤍💋
#letschat so this is a question for my girls who have been in the entertainment lifestyle for a while or so and who have seen the ends and outs and up and downs of the night life.
I have been retired for almost a year for a mental break and honestly it’s been easier said then done to get back in the groove, dancing is something I actually loved and had a passion for but over time because other things and getting slow it kinda killed my drive.
But I would love to see and hear other women’s pov
I would love to form my podcast around some of this content and also I would love to have my own pole fitness classes so all input would be great 💕
Returning to dance after a break can be a challenging yet rewarding experience. Many dancers face hurdles such as changes in the industry, mental health challenges, and the evolving nightlife scene. It's important to connect with others who share similar experiences, as these interactions can provide support and encouragement. Engaging with your community through discussions, forums, or podcasts can be particularly beneficial. Additionally, exploring trends in the industry, such as the tipping culture and audience engagement, may provide valuable insights for both active and retired dancers. As you consider launching a podcast or pole fitness classes, gather input from fellow dancers to create a richer, more dynamic platform. Foster discussions about the pros and cons of returning to the stage, and address topics such as burnout, motivation, and the importance of self-care for performers. By sharing experiences and strategies, the community can create a safer space for dancers to express their struggles and victories. Remember, every dancer's journey is unique, and finding individual paths back to the stage may lead to personal and professional growth.
