I know there is always talk about weight loss and the ones who want to gain healthy weight, without surgery get left behind.

Wellll a few years ago I created something that worked for me and I stopped trying all the lies about how to gain healthy weight. I made it super easy and realistic for me. I even got pregnant lost everything due to nursing and got it right back and some. The healthy way. Everyone is different but the main foundation and structure must be followed. What you eat and how you workout.
