Let’s talk because this was SO good!!!! I use a charcoal grill. Have charcoal on HALF the grill and nothing on the other half. Make sure to allow all of the coals to burn and let it sit for about 20 minutes to get nice and hot before putting your meat on. About 400 degrees. Prepping the meat:
