ถ้าเพิ่งเริ่มสนใจอาชีพ “นักวิเคราะห์ระบบ (Systems Analyst)” เรามองว่าคำถามที่คนส่วนใหญ่คาใจจริง ๆ คือ: ตกลงงานประจำวันทำอะไรบ้าง และต้องเก่งโค้ดแค่ไหนถึงจะทำงานได้ จากประสบการณ์ที่เคยทำงานร่วมกับ SA สิ่งที่เห็นชัดคือ SA ไม่ได้เป็นแค่คนเขียนเอกสาร แต่เป็นคน “จัดระเบียบความต้องการ” ให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจตรงกัน โดยเฉพาะตอนที่ฝั่งธุรกิจพูดเป็นเป้าหมาย เช่น “อยากลดเวลาทำงาน” หรือ “อยากให้ลูกค้ากดสั่งซื้อง่ายขึ้น” หน้าที่ SA คือแปลงเป้าหมายเหล่านี้ให้เป็น requirement ที่วัดผลได้ และส่งต่อให้ทีม dev/QA ทำงานต่อได้จริง งานที่เจอบ่อยใน 1 โปรเจกต์ - เก็บความต้องการ (Requirement Gathering): นัดคุยผู้ใช้/ผู้บริหาร ถามคำถามให้ครบ เช่น ใครใช้บ้าง ใช้เมื่อไหร่ ปัญหาคืออะไร สิ่งที่ “ห้ามพัง” คืออะไร - ทำเอกสารและภาพรวมระบบ: เช่น user flow, business process, use case, ERD/โครงสร้างข้อมูลคร่าว ๆ เพื่อให้ทีมเห็นภาพเดียวกัน - วางขอบเขตงาน (Scope) และลำดับความสำคัญ: ช่วยกันตัดว่าอะไรทำก่อน-หลัง เพื่อให้ปล่อยระบบได้ไวขึ้น - ประสานงานระหว่างทีม: SA มักเป็นคนกลางระหว่างธุรกิจ ทีมพัฒนา และทีมทดสอบ คอยตอบคำถามและเคลียร์ความเข้าใจผิด - UAT/ทดสอบกับผู้ใช้: ช่วงผู้ใช้ลองระบบจริง SA จะช่วยรวบรวมฟีดแบ็ก แยกว่าอันไหนคือบั๊ก อันไหนคือ change request ต้องเขียนโค้ดไหม? ส่วนใหญ่ “ไม่จำเป็นต้องโค้ดเก่งเท่าโปรแกรมเมอร์” แต่ควรเข้าใจพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยี เช่น API ทำงานยังไง ฐานข้อมูลคืออะไร ระบบมีข้อจำกัดอะไรบ้าง เพื่อคุยกับทีม dev ได้รู้เรื่องและประเมินความเป็นไปได้ได้ทันที ทักษะที่ทำให้เป็น SA ที่ทำงานง่ายขึ้น - การสื่อสารและการตั้งคำถาม: ถามให้ได้ “ความต้องการที่แท้จริง” ไม่ใช่แค่สิ่งที่ผู้ใช้บอกครั้งแรก - การคิดเชิงระบบ: มองผลกระทบเวลาแก้จุดหนึ่งแล้วอีกจุดจะพังไหม - การเขียน/สรุปให้ชัด: เอกสารอ่านแล้วต้องตีความตรงกัน ลดงานแก้ซ้ำ - ความเข้าใจธุรกิจ: รู้ว่าคนทำงานหน้างานต้องการความเร็ว ความถูกต้อง หรือการตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง ถ้าอยากเริ่มต้น แนะนำให้ลองฝึกจากสถานการณ์ใกล้ตัว เช่น เลือกระบบหนึ่งในชีวิตประจำวัน (เช่น ระบบสั่งอาหาร/ระบบลงทะเบียน) แล้วลองเขียน requirement ง่าย ๆ ว่า “ผู้ใช้คือใคร ทำอะไรได้บ้าง เงื่อนไขคืออะไร” จะช่วยให้เข้าใจบทบาทนักวิเคราะห์ระบบแบบจับต้องได้มากขึ้น และพอไปสัมภาษณ์งานก็เล่าเป็นเคสได้เลย
