Bread is one of the cheapest & simplist things you can make in your kitchen. I keep 6-quart size mason jars full of the homemade dry ingredients on rotation in my pantry. When I need a loaf I add water and butter to the bread machine, pour in the dry ingredients, add yeast and press start.
