A few tips Ive learned from pshing past fear:
Celebrate The Small Wins: A win is a win!! I stopped minimizing my small daily decisions and accomplishments and learned to celebrate myself. I learned how to be my own encourager and grateful for each milestone i achieved.
Focus on positive beliefs: When faced with challenges, it can be more helpful to focus on positive beliefs and trust than to dwell on anxieties and all the things that could go wrong. Of course negative thoughts come up! Acknowledge them and STILL PUSH THRU! You can still make progress towards your goals even if your emoting are lying to you. Focus your attention on what can go right.
Co-create: You are the co-creator of your reality. What you give your mind and heart to will grow. Choose yourself, your hopes and dreams not your fears.
Learn to name your emotions: Learning to name your emotions without judgment can help you become more aware of what's happening within you. We are far more complex than happy, sad, mad. When you are aware of your emotions, communicating becomes easier; being understood becomes easier.
