Day 4 of 5 Challenge
My dad here visiting on the tail end of my daughter’s spring break. I download this app and decided to do a 5 day challenge to make sure I stay on track.
Day 4:

My habits to complete:
•Stick to diet (500-750 calorie deficit) ✅
• 5k+ steps ✅
• Read ✅
• 64+oz of water ✅
• track weight (first and last day only) ✅
Today, we went to the renaissance fair. Got another 8k under my belt! It was fun too! My daughter, husband and I got all dressed up. Oh and my Fitbit was a little more than the screenshot cause I moved around more after not by much… just to my daughter’s room and back and then to the kitchen and back to bed.
