This week’s Workouts (trying something else)

On Monday December 1, I decided to start doing Rachel’s Fit Pilates. I’m currently doing her Fall Express 6 week calendar. I fell off a little last week. (and it wasn’t because of the holidays but because of something super personal that I had shared and then deleted cause I got scared) So to pick myself up I decided to do something different. I’ve done YouTube workout videos before including this channel. The videos are 10-15 minutes and it’s perfect for getting back on track. I’m doing week one videos and then I’m adding the stepper next week, stepper AND walking pad the following, and then for the 4th week I’m going to attempt a second video.
