Early detection through blood sugar tests can offer a better chance to manage conditions before complications arise. In my personal journey and discussions with healthcare providers, the key takeaway is this: sudden, unexplained weight loss needs investigation, not celebration. Taking action early can protect your body’s reserves and overall health.
