Recruiting is a Dead Career 🥴
I feel like Talent Acquisition is a slept on career. There’s so many different layers of this industry that can take you really where you want to be in life, and without a side hustle, business, or degree really.
Chris and I are both high school graduates 🎓 who never graduated from college. We tried but…yeah. We’re both California plants living in Kansas City now.
We’re fortunate enough to have found our careers in TA and we are killing the game as gay black men in these industries.
We are not your normal recruiters you talk to for positions. We’re not gonna bore you, lie to you, sugarcoat, or gatekeep; companies do that shit enough. That’s why we do so well.
