i used to treat bad anxiety days like a moral failure. like if i could not think my way out, i must not be trying hard enough.

the protocol helped because it starts with the body. warm water. a timer. one honest text. one tiny visible win. then the real version of the feeling, not the fake okay one.

the point is not to become instantly fine. the point is to stop letting one activated day become your whole identity.

start building a grounding ritual for the days anxiety makes everything feel too heavy. you need a way back before the spiral writes the whole story.
