Movie and self care and new meds

Good day so today I am not up like everybody else in the house and I like to sleep in. I’m not a morning person so also taking new medication made me a little wonky. Other than that. I decided to have a little snack like garlic nan with bologna and cheddar cheese slices to get me through the partial morning and lunch cause I probably won’t eat till dinner now but that’s cool. Usually how I end up but I’m trying to eat healthy so anybody just like me can relate and also it’s getting myself together it takes a little time. I am like a night owl most times so depends on the mood. I guess otherwise have a good day and enjoy whatever you choose to eat. You’re in control.
