This pattern?

Shows up in every area of your life— but ESPECIALLY when you go to post online.

So, how do you *actually* unmask online?

You rebel against the mask & start Becoming your own Muse.

This is what we do inside House of Muse😉 come explore our unmasking rebellion on Substack❤️‍🔥

... Read moreMany of us struggle with the fear of not being good enough, which often manifests as wearing a mask to fit societal expectations, especially on social media. I’ve found that the first step toward unmasking online is recognizing that this fear is normal—it's rooted in our desire to be accepted and understood. Instead of performing who we think we 'should' be or how we 'should' create, it's healing to embrace vulnerability and authenticity. In my personal experience, unmasking online has been a journey of self-discovery and shadow work. It requires intentional rebellion against the automatic impulse to conform, allowing yourself to become your own muse—someone who inspires and directs your expression from an honest place. This process opens space for creativity to flourish naturally and helps dismantle internalized pressures to be 'safe' or 'acceptable.' Platforms like the House of Muse community provide supportive environments for this transformation, encouraging members to share their true selves without fear of judgment. Through collective support and shared experiences, it becomes easier to dismantle the mask piece by piece. Remember, you don’t have to be perfect or fully put together to be worthy of being seen and heard online. The secret to unmasking lies in permission—permission to step into your truth, even if it feels uncomfortable at first. If you’re ready to stop performing and start expressing your genuine self, consider creating small, honest posts or artworks that reflect what really matters to you, without editing or censoring. This practice gradually builds confidence and authenticity, helping you move toward a lifestyle where you are not only understood but also fully accepted as you are.

Choose the decision best for you even if scared!
No one talks about how hard it is to go back to work after babies. You just... do it. Because that's what's expected. But everything changes. Your priorities. Your heart. Your tolerance for missing milestones. Sitting at your desk while someone else gets the daytime cuddles hits diff

Scared? I’ve been there.
I’ve been there. Embarking on any journey is daunting. The fear of failure, self-doubt, and questioning my capabilities held me back from starting an online business. Many “what ifs” raced through my mind. However, I realized it was a choice: take the risk or watch others succeed. I didn’t w
