For neurodivergent creators, this approach aligns with embracing neurodivergence rather than masking it, fostering a deeper connection to one's unique muse. Whether it's writing, art, performance, or any form of creation, committing to a structured timeframe like 21 days can lead to lasting changes in mindset and output.
