I didn’t intend to share this recording…
It wasn’t for anyone but me, but as i watched it back I realized that it’s exactly in these moments that my ACTUAL unmasking is happening.
Not in me teaching you about it, or sharing messages— but by me SHOWING YOU the real, raw & honest moments of unmasking that I’m actually navigating in real time
This is really what it means to me to become your own Muse. To be inspired by yourself, what you’re moving through & to courageously express & share those pieces that you uncover that are actually true to who you’re becoming right now— and watch how THAT energy resonates with your people.
It’s how you build a deeper relationship with yourself, your inner Muse, as a creator, and also with the people who are meant to be a part of your world.
So what is it that you ACTUALLY desire to do & be witnessed in? THAT is the key to unmasking your inner Muse.

From my own experience, the journey of unmasking is deeply transformative, especially for those navigating ADHD and other neurodivergent identities. It starts with allowing yourself to be vulnerable in moments you previously hid away from others, like singing or expressing a passion you feared might be judged. I've found that unmasking isn't about perfection—it's about courageously stepping into your true self, flaws and all. When I first allowed myself to sing 'seriously' in front of others, I felt a mix of fear and excitement. The pressure to appear flawless was intense, but I realized that trying to meet others’ expectations only muffled my inner voice. By embracing the messy, imperfect process of becoming, I connected more deeply with my creativity and personal philosophy. This authenticity resonated with people who shared similar experiences, reminding me I was not alone. What really helped was reframing the way I viewed these 'expressive moments.' Instead of seeing them as tests I had to pass perfectly, I treated them as opportunities to experiment and learn about myself. Each time I let my guard down and moved outside my comfort zone, I felt a stronger bond with my inner Muse—the source of my creativity and true expression. For anyone feeling stuck behind a mask, my advice is to gently explore what you truly desire to be witnessed in. Is it your art, your thoughts, your spontaneous moments? Giving yourself permission to show these to the world—even imperfectly—builds trust with yourself and invites others to see the real you. Unmasking is a continuous process, but it becomes easier and more rewarding the more you allow yourself to simply be. Remember, you don’t have to have it all figured out to start unmasking. Each small act of authenticity peels back another layer, revealing a vibrant, genuine self that’s waiting to be celebrated and heard.
