Let’s start here! Wake up grab a coffee or electrolyte & do this. Make a commitment Monday to Friday and watch your body change 💪

the only Equipment needed is resistance bands (buy on Amazon) very affordable.

Here's the workout. Follow the plan just as l do in the video.

Circuits

1. Chair squats 10-20 reps

2. Band bent over rows 10-30 reps

3. Kitchen counter push ups 2-15 reps

4. Rest 0-90 seconds and repeat

Repeat all 4 steps 3-8 times
