今回の食べフェスは、全国各地の有名グルメが一堂に集まり、実演販売の臨場感が味わえるのが魅力です。特に揚げたてのドーナツや、ツヤッツヤに輝くお団子、卵たっぷりの特製プリンなど、見た目も味も楽しめるスイーツが充実していました。私も訪れた際、注文を受けてからじっくり揚げてくれるお肉やお芋の豪快なメニューに目が奪われました。 また、北海道メロンパンやチャンククッキーなど焼き菓子のコーナーもあり、家族への手土産にぴったりです。沖縄のブルーシールアイスが乗った贅沢なサンデーも夏の暑さを忘れさせてくれる冷たいスイーツとしておすすめです。終日10時から19 時まで営業しており、最終日は16時閉場なので、スケジュールに合わせて来場計画を立てると良いでしょう。 このフェスは「目で見て楽しんで、食べて楽しんで」というコンセプト通り、ただ食べるだけでなく、作り手の技やこだわりを見られるのがポイントです。私も実際に、色鮮やかなデコレーションドーナツの作業工程を間近に見て感動しました。家族や友人とも訪れやすい会場で、地元栃木の方だけでなく県外からのグルメファンも訪れていましたよ。 夏休みの間の開催なので、お出かけの一環にぜひ足を運んで、全国のご当地グルメを味わい尽くしてみてはいかがでしょうか？福田屋インターパークの大催事場で開催されているので、駐車場も完備されアクセスも便利です。気になるグルメは早めの来場がおすすめです。
