Pretty simple recipe. Boil water, pour in a cup with a sprig of fresh rosemary, steep it like tea, then pour into an empty spray bottle once it cools enough to not bend the plastic. Spritz directly on hair and/or on your hairbrush. It has taken me a little over a year to figure out what works
