① Slice the lemon thinly and arrange it on a flat plate
② Sprinkle sugar evenly, wrap and heat in the microwave at 600w for 2 minutes 30 seconds
③ Remove the wrap, put it in a container when the heat is removed, and add honey enough to soak the lemon
④ Leave it in the refrigerator overnight and it's done!

私がいちばんよくやる飲み方は「はちみつレモンのお湯割り」です。冷蔵庫から出したシロップ（はちみつに浸かった薄切りレモン入り）をスプーンでカップに入れて、そこにお湯を注ぐだけ。酸っぱさと甘さがふわっと広がって、喉が乾燥している朝や、咳が出そう…という日に飲むとホッとします。 ■ホットはちみつレモン（お湯割り）の目安 私の体感だと「熱すぎない温度」がいちばん飲みやすいです。沸騰したてのお湯をそのまま入れると、香りが飛びやすかったり、口の中が熱くて飲めなかったりするので、少し冷ましたお湯で作っています。 ・カップにシロップ大さじ1〜2（お好みで） ・お湯150〜200mlくらい ・薄切りレモンを1枚入れると見た目も香りも◎ 甘さが足りないときは、記事内にもある「追いはちみつ」が簡単です。 ■喉が気になるときの飲み方のコツ 「はちみつ＋お湯＋レモン」は、喉がイガイガするときにやさしい感じがします（※医療的な効果を断定するものではありません）。私は急いでゴクゴク飲むより、少しずつ口の中を温めるように飲むほうがラクでした。寝る前に飲むときは、酸味が強いと感じたらお湯を多めにして薄めています。 ■手作りならではの“渋み”対策 薄切りレモンの皮の渋みが気になることがあって、うちの子も最初は少しだけ苦手そうでした。 ・薄くスライスする（皮の主張が減ります） ・飲むときはレモンを入れすぎない ・追いはちみつ or お湯多めで調整 この3つでかなり飲みやすくなりました。 ■漬けたレモンの楽しみ方 はちみつに浸かったレモン、捨てるのがもったいないくらい美味しいです。私はそのまま食べたり、ヨーグルトにのせたり、炭酸水で割って自家製レモンスカッシュ風にしたりしています。おうちカフェ気分になれておすすめ。 ■保存の目安（我が家の場合） 清潔なガラス瓶に入れて冷蔵庫へ。取り分けるスプーンも毎回きれいなものを使うようにしています。風味が落ちる前に食べ切りたいので、だいたい1〜2週間を目安に使い切っています。 ※はちみつは1歳未満の赤ちゃんにはNGなので、家族で飲むときは年齢だけ要チェックです。
