私も実際にこの買い物ルールを取り入れる前は、買い物でつい余計なものを買ってしまい、月末には赤字続きでした。具体的には、家庭の食費の管理に大きな課題を感じていて、特に野菜の購入方法を改善することが重要でした。そこで、まず野菜は信頼できる地元のJA（農協）で買うようにしました。JAは季節ごとの新鮮な野菜が揃っていて、しかも価格が安定しているので、野菜が高騰しているときでも家計に優しいです。 さらに、買い物はできるだけ一つのスーパーに絞ることにしました。これによって、ポイントカードや特売日を活用しやすくなり、無駄遣いを防げるメリットを実感。加えて、家族と一緒に買い物に行かないようにし、自分でリストを作ってから出かけることで、ムダなカゴ入れを減らし節約効果がアップしました。 子どもの長期休みなど、つい余計な買い物をしがちな時期でも、これらのルールを守ることで家計を崩さずに済み、精神的にも安心感がありました。このやり方で徐々に赤字から黒字に転じ、今では貯蓄も増加。赤字の経験がある方は、ぜひ買い物のルールを見直すことから始めてみてください。皆さんの生活スタイルに合う買い物の工夫を見つけることで、自然と無理なく貯金体質になれると 思います。
