冬至は一年でも特に寒さが厳しくなる季節の節目として、昔から体調管理や無病息災を願う行事が多く伝わっています。特に柚子湯は、香り高い柚子の成分が血流促進やリラックス効果をもたらし、家族みんなで冬の冷えから守ってくれる大切な習慣です。 我が家では冬至前に柚子の皮をくり抜き、冷凍保存したものをお正月の紅白なますの器に使うことで、香りと見た目の良さを楽しんでいます。これは手軽で家計にも優しいアイディアとしておすすめです。 また冬至の七種は「ん」のつく食材で、運を呼び込み、体を温めてくれる恵みの食材ばかり。南京（かぼちゃ）、蓮根、人参、銀杏、金柑、寒天、うどん…。私はこれらのうち複数を使った献立を考え、体の芯から暖まれるようにしています。 冬至には避けたいこともあります。夜更かしやケンカ、ネ ガティブな言動は「陰」の気を強めるので控え、体を冷やす冷たいものも避けるのが良いです。日々忙しい中でもこの日はゆっくり過ごす養生日として大切にしています。 冬の寒さを乗り越える工夫として、皆さんも冬至の伝統行事を取り入れて、運気アップと体調管理の両方に役立ててみてはいかがでしょうか。私の体験では、柚子湯の香りに包まれて入浴するだけで心もほっと和らぎ、冬の厳しい時期を元気に過ごせています。
