I recently made this juice recipe to give me more energy and improve my gut health throughout my day! When I tell you it’s done exactly that, I mean it! 😮💨😆
The ginger packs a powerful punch but has so many benefits such as controlling blood sugar, fights cancer cells, lowers cholesterol, boosts brain health, cardiovascular disease, improves immunity and helps sore muscles💯 Bananas have potassium and healthy sugars that give me natural energy, Strawberries have lots of antioxidants and flavor, the oranges provide vitamin C, and the cucumber provides a layer of freshness and extra water💧
(I juiced everything except the bananas 🍌 I blended the bananas together with the juice after extracting the juice. Next time I’ll do the same with the strawberries because I realized blending them would be much better than juicing them)
