One simple habit I recommend is turning off screens at least 30 minutes before sleep. The blue light from phones and computers can interfere with your body's natural sleep cycle. Instead, I like to read a book, listen to soothing music, or meditate to unwind. Creating a comfortable sleep environment also makes a big difference. Keeping the bedroom cool, dark, and quiet helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Using blackout curtains or a white noise machine can be very effective. Finally, consistency is key. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day—even on weekends—helps regulate your circadian rhythm. When I follow this, I find my sleep quality improves drastically. Remember, good sleep isn’t just about quantity but also quality. By integrating small changes into your routine, you can enjoy more restful nights and feel more energized during the day.
