石刀神社の参拝は季節ごとに異なる魅力がありますが、梅雨の時期に咲き誇る紫陽花は特に見応えがあります。私も今年訪れた際には、一輪一輪が大きく華やかに咲いている姿に感動しました。参道入口の小さな龍神社は静かで落ち着いた空間で、御朱印を頂くことで訪れた記念にもなりました。紫陽花の御朱印を選ばずにあえて両方をいただくことで、それぞれの神社の異なる魅力を感じられました。また、近隣には「電車のみえるカフェ」があり、こちらではモーニングにソイそぼろ丼をチョイス。ドリンクにプラス300円でボリューム満点の朝食を楽しめるうえ、お味噌汁はおかわり自由なのが嬉しいポイントです。JRと名鉄の複数の列車が頻繁に通り抜ける眺めも、駅近カフェならではの魅力だと感じました。個人的には急に思い立っての一人ぶらぶら散歩だったため、静かな時間を満喫できました。龍神社入口近くにある野菜ソムリエのカフェにも興味を持ち、次回の訪問でぜひ立ち寄りたいと思っています。春には参道の桜がトンネルのように咲き誇るため、四季折々の異なる景色を楽しめることもこのエリアの魅力です。一人旅や神社巡り、御朱印集めが好きな方には特におすすめのスポットと言えます。ゆったりと流れる時間を感じながら、自然と歴史が織りなす空間でリフレッシュしてみてはいかがでしょうか。
