Brief update: 11-day update
Since I started using this supplement, I have experienced a decrease in my appetite and cravings, which has helped me control my overeating habits. Along with managing my blood sugar levels.
It’s a great starter when trying to start berberine as the dose is low but still good to implement healthy habits.
