Health management!

How to use my style of system notebook refill purchased at Daiso!

Monthly is body temperature and bowel movement check.

Weekly is sleep time, a word about the state of the body, screen time.

I try to measure my body temperature on work days or when I enter a crowd. On work days, I am careful because it will be troublesome if I do not write on my body temperature table at work.

It's a sleep log, but it's easier to just apply a clock stamp than to write how many hours. I have to stamp it soon. The clock stamp is one of the four sets of the stamp part of the notebook (Miraiya Bookstore).
