Stretch Routine w/ Pain Management

Tightness/Pain/Discomfort in the lower body is very common for me because I hold a lot of my stress in that area. My job requires me to be on my feet A LOT! It doesn’t help that I am on my feet a lot for work either so, here’s my tried and true wall stretch if you’re like me. that helps me bring release to that area of my body.

Disclaimer: I’m not a professional (yet 😆) I simply do what feels right and learn from my experience.
