Wednesday Update ☕💼✨
It's only Wednesday, and I have to say...
Lisa is catching on a lot faster than I expected.
I remember my first week here.
I was still trying to figure out where everything was, who everyone was, and how the coffee machine worked. 😂
Meanwhile, Lisa is already jumping into projects, asking great questions, and picking things up like she's been here for months.
It's honestly impressive.
She's not afraid to ask for help when she needs it, but she's also confident enough to figure things out on her own.
That's a pretty good combination.
Even David mentioned this morning that she's doing a great job settling in.
I had a feeling she'd fit in with the team, but I didn't think it would happen this quickly.
Of course...
Sheila and I are still making sure she doesn't get lost on the way to meetings or end up in the wrong lunch group. 😅
Every office needs someone who brings fresh energy.
I think Lisa might be that person.
Now let's see if she still feels this enthusiastic by Friday afternoon. 😂
