Oreo churro cheesecake
🧈 Crust
• 2 cans crescent roll dough
• ½ cup sugar
• 6–8 Oreos crushed super fine (for your Oreo sugar mix)
• 2 tbsp melted butter
Mix sugar + Oreo powder together.
🧀 Cheesecake Filling
• 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese (room temp)
• ½ cup sugar ← (reduced slightly since you’re adding Oreo cream)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Oreo cream filling (from 6–8 Oreos)
• 8–10 Oreos crushed (for inside)
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle a thin layer of Oreo sugar mix on bottom.
Lay first crescent roll sheet flat.
2️⃣ Make Filling
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add sugar.
3. Add Oreo cream filling.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Add vanilla.
6. Fold in crushed Oreos last.
Don’t overmix once eggs go in just until combined.
3️⃣ Layer
• Spread cheesecake mixture evenly.
• Add second crescent sheet.
• Brush melted butter on top.
• HEAVY sprinkle Oreo sugar mix on top.
4️⃣ Bake
350°F
30–35 minutes
Look for:
• Golden top
• Center set but slightly soft in the middle
Let it cool completely before cutting.
Chill 1–2 hours
