Trying to Keep My Family Fed
Trying to keep my family fed means making meals that are hearty, flavorful, and actually filling the kind of food that keeps everybody full and happy. These are some of my go-to dinners when I want real comfort food on the table.
The red wine short ribs are fall-apart tender, slow-cooked in a rich savory gravy over mashed potatoes with green beans and rolls on the side. The garlic chicken is juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned paired with rice and broccoli for a simple but satisfying plate. The strip steak is seared to perfection with that buttery finish, served with mashed potatoes and green beans for a classic dinner. And the chicken and steak pineapple rice bowl brings a little sweet and savory balance with tender meat, fresh pineapple, and a flavorful glaze that ties it all together.
These are the kind of meals that make you feel full, satisfied, and ready for seconds every time.
