This is a massive win for those incredibly busy weeknights or when you're craving something warm and comforting but have zero energy to cook from scratch. No special equipment needed, no lengthy simmering – just quick satisfaction. Now, onto the most important part: the taste and texture! The broth had a surprisingly decent depth of flavor for an instant product. It wasn't overly artificial, offering a good base that hinted at the classic rich, savory notes you expect from pozole.
