the VIRAL meiji protein 🥛🍶!!

it was so hard to get my hands on it, i literally searched supermarkets and everytime it was SOLD OUT 😩 but i finally found all 3 flavors so here’s my review on it 🌚 i’m not really that into the other nutrition facts (pic 3 for the nutrition label!) but i do want to incorporate more protein as i’ve been working out more so i’m only considering the price/protein/taste ✌🏻

* — original

highest gram of protein (32g), the smell was heavenly but it had the strongest protein taste out of the 3

* — chocolate

with 30g of protein, taste EXACTLY like your usual chocolate milk (maybe slightly less chocolatey if you’re picky) but 0 complains, i was shooked

* — green tea/matcha

also 30g of protein, i was so pleasantly surprised because it tasted good?? with no protein taste?? and the green tea flavor was pretty decent

considering it’s priced at $3.75, it’s quite affordable in this economy and a good way to increase your protein intake🤓 i would definitely buy the chocolate & green tea flavor again, but perhaps will stick to the original meiji milk (no protein) instead hehe

ps. certain stores (eg. fairprice express) were selling it at $4.50 each…

... Read moreIf you're considering adding Meiji high protein milk to your daily diet, it's helpful to look beyond just the protein numbers and price. One thing I noticed is how accessible the product is depending on the store; some places like Fairprice Express charge around $4.50, while others price it more affordably at $3.75. This makes it a budget-friendly protein source compared to many alternatives. When I started incorporating Meiji protein milk, I paid attention to how each flavor fit into my workout recovery and general nutrition. The chocolate and green tea flavors were my favorites, especially because they masked the typical protein powder aftertaste that can be off-putting. The original flavor, while packed with the highest protein amount, had a stronger protein taste that I found a bit challenging. Also worth mentioning is the nutritional profile highlighted on the package, showing a healthy balance of vitamins and amino acids including BCAAs, calcium, and vitamin B12. These nutrients support muscle recovery and overall health, which is a bonus alongside the protein content. For those working out regularly like me, Meiji protein milk offers a convenient way to boost protein intake without compromising on taste or breaking the bank. Just make sure to check local prices or promotions to get the best deal!

The VIRAL Meiji Protein Milk ❌❌
NTUC had this going for $3.75 (U.P. $4.50), so of course I had to try it and see what the hype was about 👀 I’ve had plenty of protein milk and made my own protein shakes before… but this brand really took Singapore by storm. So many of my friends were hyping it up, so here’s my honest review:

So excited to get my hands on the newest kid in town!! 🤭 They taste great! Smooth and easy to drink. Macros are 💯, with a high protein weightage compared to most protein shakes. The current price is also very affordable - $3.75 (usual price is $4.95, promo until 1st April 2026 for FairPrice). 1

Why SG Go Crazy Over High Protein Meiji Milk? 👀
would you buy viral meiji high protein milk without offer at $4.95?! 👀 I’ve been drinking the non-fat milk (white cap) and the plain flavor tastes like an even lighter version of it - tbh still acceptable for me and most WORTH IT but I can see why some might feel it’s “diluted” or even “tasteles

High-protein milk: convenient protein… or unnecessary? Personally, I don’t usually rely on high-protein milk. I still prefer getting most of my protein from whole foods, especially meat 🤪 But realistically, there are days when you know you might struggle to hit your protein intake. On those d

20260512 Can I eat protein only in one meal?
The short answer is: not recommended. ✅ The best approach is to distribute your protein intake evenly across 3–5 meals throughout the day, consuming about 20–40 grams per meal, rather than eating a large amount of protein in just one meal. #amway #Nutrilite #plantprotein #completeprote
