This has been a go to favorite of mine to get more protein. It’s easy peasy to make and you can make a lot of substitutions depending on what you have in your fridge. For example, instead of using a pizza sauce, I used spaghetti sauce I had already opened. Subbing the ham for chicken also bumps up the protein a little more and you can always add in more toppings!
Dough:
Flour 110g
Plain greek yogurt 95g
Italian seasoning
Top:
String cheese
Cottage cheese
Sauce
Ham
Shredded cheese
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Bake in a dish or on a baking sheet
