Here’s another thing you can do this summer. Check out a new state park and hike it. Hiking is a fun way to get outside and exercise. This is a great way to find a new park you’re never been to in your state. State parks always remind me of how beautiful where we live is. My boyfriend and I went hiking at Maquoketa Caves State Park. Neither of us had been there previously. It was a fun thing to explore together. Remember to always bring water with you so you can stay hydrated in the heat!!
