Cinnamon apple sauce

- ingredients -

1. 8 - 10 apples of choice 🍏🍎 (peeled, cored, and chopped)

2. 1 1/2 cups water

3. 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar (to taste)

4. 1 tsp Cinnamon

5. A dash of nutmeg

- Directions -

1. combine all the ingredients in a small pot.

2. Bring to a boil on high.

3. Once boiling cover the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes. Until apples are tender.

4. Taste! If you don’t like it add more spices or sugar!

5. Once done let the apples cool then mash with a potato masher or fork to what texture you want or use an immersion blender for a smoother apple sauce.
