Many of the events that the author says are very similar to what we found. Many good ideas and words make you finish reading this book and feel full of good feelings for yourself.
ในชีวิตประจำวันเรามักเจอกับความคาดหวังจากทุกด้าน ทั้งจากสังคม ครอบครัว และตัวเอง ที่หลายครั้งทำให้เรารู้สึกต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือพยายามมากเกินไปเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับมาตรฐานเหล่านั้น หนังสือ I'm Centrovert ทำให้ผมได้นึกย้อนถึงความจริงที่ว่าสิ่งที่สำคัญคือการยอมรับตัวเองในแบบที่เป็น ไม่จำเป็นต้องเปรียบเทียบกับใครหรือพยายามเป็นคนที่เราไม่ใช่ การเรียกตัวเองว่า Centrovert ได้สะท้อนถึงความเป็นตัวของตัวเองที่อยู่กึ่งกลางระหว่าง Extrovert และ Introvert ซึ่งเป็นอะไรที่ผมและเชื่อว่าหลายๆ คนก็รู้สึกเหมือนกัน เพราะบางวันเราก็อยากเข้าสังคม แต่บางทีก็ต้องการพื้นที่ความเงียบสงบเพื่อเติมพลัง สิ่งที่ทำให้ผมประทับใจกับหนังสือเล่มนี้คือการชี้ให้เห็นว่าความสุขไม่ได้ขึ้นกับความเพอร์เฟ็กต์หรือสมบูรณ์แบบ แต่เกิดจากการพอประมาณ ไม่เบียดเบียนตัวเอง และไม่เปรียบเทียบกับผู้อื่น นอกจากนี้ ผมยังชอบประโยคที่ว่า "คนเราไม่รู้ว่าเปลือกของตัวเองนั้นสวยงามแค่ไหน เอาแต่คอยสอดแนมดูเปลือกคนอื่นเหมือนปูเสฉวนที่โง่เขลา" ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงพฤติกรรมที่เรามักเสียเวลาไปกับการพิจารณาคนอื่นมากกว่าการมองเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเอง จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเรียนรู้ที่จะเป็น Centrovert ช่วยให้ผมใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างสบายใจมากขึ้น ไม่ต้องกดดันตัวเองให้เป็นคนที่สังคมคาดหวัง และยังได้ค้นพบความสุขจากสิ่งเล็กๆ รอบตัว เช่น การมีวันที่พอประมาณ ความรักที่พอประมาณ และการมีชีวิตที่เรียบง่ายแต่เต็มไปด้วยความหมาย ความเข้าใจเหล่านี้ทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าการเป็นตัวเองโดยไม่ต้องพยายามเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของคนอื่นคือกุญแจของความสุขที่แท้จริง
