This little setup has been my go to lately. Just a mat, a cushion, a chai, and a moment to check in — whether it’s a quick meditation, a Reiki tune in, or just sitting in stillness before the scroll begins.

Laptop’s nearby in case I feel like channeling something or catching a class, but no pressure. We’re going slow on purpose over here.

Anyone else have a corner like this? Doesn’t need to be fancy, just yours.
