I’ve been wanting to switch up my morning drink with something that still supports my fitness goals.
This banana foster version came from whatever I had in the kitchen and it turned out way better than I expected.
Sweet, creamy, energizing, and full of good for you ingredients. Add protein or creatine if you want extra support 💪
what’s in it:
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup cold brew
• 1 shot espresso (I used Chameleon concentrate)
• 1/2 cup oat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
• 1 teaspoon manuka honey
• dash of cinnamon
• pinch of Himalayan salt
• ice
Optional add in: 1 scoop unflavored collagen, protein, or creatine
nutrition breakdown (approx):
140 to 180 calories
2 to 3 grams of fiber
2 grams of protein (more with add ins)
No refined sugar
