How to get your energy back ⚡

Ever walk out of Costco, brunch with friends, or even a long week at work and feel drained or not like yourself? That’s energy transference. We naturally carry the energy of the spaces and people we’ve been around.

Here’s a simple reset I use:

Start with your right hand on your left shoulder. Sweep across your chest, over your heart, and down to your opposite hip.

Bring your hand back up and repeat it three times.

Each sweep is like brushing off what isn’t yours so you can return to your own energy.

When I’m done, I imagine myself inside a protective blue bubble so I can stay clear and grounded.

Save this for the next time you need a quick energy refresh.
